A day at the pool!

Today we spent the day at the pool. We had such a great time. We packed a yummy lunch and played for hours. Macie always loves playing with Kohl and had such a great time with him in the splash park. Thanks everybody for coming over! We had a great time!

Happy Birthday Missy! Gaylord Palms

Today we went over to the Gaylord Palms for the day to celebrate Missy's birthday. It was a blast! The kids had so much fun going down the slide and playing in the water. Ashley White brought these pomegranate drinks and shared them with us. However, Jayden and Macie took mine and Rhea's over and couldn't stop drinking them. It was too cute! I'm a little disappointed that I didn't get more pictures but I was in the water almost the whole time. Happy Birthday Missy! We had a great time!

Teeny Weeny Pink Polka Dot Bikini

So I haven't taken Macie to the pool all week because she has had a cough and runny nose that I was trying to get her to get rid of . So I finally decided to take Macie to the pool on Thursday because Michael was golfing and she had been asking me to go there all week. It was about an hour and a half after Macie ate dinner and she was having such a great time playing in the water. She even started to get brave and dunk her head down into the water. The last time she put her head under Macie swallowed some water and then started to try to cough it up. She then threw up in the pool!!!! I didn't even know what to do! I had to go to the lady inside the clubhouse. I was embaressed and at the same time I felt so bad for Macie. These pictures I took of her before all of this happened. I never put a 2 piece bathingsuit on Macie because I feel that there is less that I have to worry about getting burned with a one piece. However, it was the afternoon and she looked to darn cute in it that I just couldn't resist!

Macie is 19 Months

Macie is already 19 months old! I can't believe! Time is going by so fast. She turned 19 months on the day of Jayden's party. Macie is so active right now. Some things Macie likes to do is play in the pool, go for a ride in her wagon and eat a Dora (popsicle), read books, play on the coffee table, and watch Barney. She has such a great personality! I just love watching her learn new things and grow. I can't belive my baby is only 5 months away from being 2!!!! Michael has to correct me all the time because I still call her my infant/baby :). I just love this little girl and couldn't imagine life without her. She is truly an amazing daughter of God.

Macie's new Shoes

Michael bought Macie a new pair of shoes and she loves them. She will not let me take them off! I finally had to take them off to give her a bath and she screamed until I put them back on her. So now she has her Pj's on with her new shoes! He picked them out all by himself and I think he did a great job! She obviously thinks he did too! She was looking at a book in the kitchen with babies in it and was talking to the pictures and then she lifted her foot up and pointed at her shoe. I think she was telling the babies in the book about her new shoes. She has never been attached to a pair of shoes like this so I think it is pretty funny. Watch out Kohl Macie has a new pair of Fast shoes! :)

Jayden's Birthday Party

Rhea did Jayden a Horse birthday party since he is so obsessed with horses. It was so cute! Macie thought it was her party I think because she ran around there like she owned the place. She had a blast! She went from pool to pool on the slip n slide and everywhere else. She loves the water and couldn't have been any happier. Jayden and Macie ran into eachother on the slip n slide and Macie gave him a bloody nose. Rhea rented a pony for the night named "pip" and Macie wanted nothing to do with him. Jayden was the first rider since it was his birthday and Pip got spooked! Jayden's ride turned wild really fast and they had to rip him off of the horse. Other than that Pip was great! We had such a great time. You did a great job Rhea!

Macie's First Night Away From Home

Macie spent the night at Jayden's house the other night! It was her very FIRST night away from home. I was so proud of myself for letting her go. I thought I would chicken out at the last minute. Rhea even called me that morning just to see if I had changed my mind. I actually survived. Macie was so excited when she saw Jayden and Rhea that I could not help but be excited for her. Rhea said they played and played together outside. These are a few pictures that I took before Rhea drove away with my girl! As you can see she is all hooked up with her favorites! I missed her soooo much but I stayed busy the whole time she was gone. Tuesday night I went out with Michael to dinner and then we went and saw the Proposal which I LOVED and then Wednesday I went to the cannery to work on my food storage! I'm so glad Macie had such a great time and that I was able to be with Michael and get some things done.

The Melting Pot

Last night Michael took Macie, Allie and I to the Melting Pot for dessert. I cooked dinner at home and then we were able to go out for a treat! Allie had a great time. It was her first time there. It was kind of expensive for dessert put it was well worth it. After dessert we walked around the square and let Macie look at all of the painted horses downtown. We had a GREAT night. Thanks Michael for taking us! It was fun!

Clifford

I took Macie to library to see Clifford. She was so excited when he came down the hall. She watches Clifford so she recognized him right away. I invited Rhea and Missy and the kids to come and see it too. I think they all had a great time.

Monkey Joe's T-Shirt

Last night I was folding laundry before Macie went to bed and she spotted her Monkey Joe's shirt in the laundry. Any time Macie sees this shirt she has to put it on. She loves it! It is probably because any time I put it on her in the past she went there and had a blast. However, we live an hour and a half away now so she doesn't get to go there as much. I gave in and let her wear it over her pjs. I got it off of her while she was sleeping. I love her so much. She has such a cute personality!

Canoeing at Rainbow River

Ashley and Sam invited us to go canoeing with them at Rainbow springs. It was really fun! Macie was so good in the canoe and really loved playing with Ava. She even got in the frezzing cold water. Thanks Sam and Ashley for inviting us we had a blast!
