Macie had a great week this past week. Her cousin Cori came and stayed with us for a few days! She followed Cori around the house and tried to be just like her! Cori was so helpful. She fed Macie, helped clean up toys and even took Macie up to the tree house (which freaked Michael and I out). Michael and I were getting ready for church and we let the kids play on the back porch for a few minutes. After about 3 minutes I asked Michael to check on them and he found them coming down the stairs of the tree house. This was kind of scary because Macie is almost as big as Cori and the stairs are pretty steep. However, we explained to her that it was dangerous for Macie to be up there but we thought it was sweet that she wanted Macie to play with her. As always we loved Cori staying with us and had a great time! Macie was sad when she woke up the next morning and Cori wasn't here! While Cori was here we went to Kid Tropolis (just like Chuck E Cheese), picked strawberries and had a bon fire and made smores. Macie loved picking strawberries. It was kind of hard to explain to her to only pick the red ones, but she did a pretty good job. This was the first time Macie had ever eaten a whole strawberry. She loves them! She had so much fun running up and down the rows of strawberries and picking the ones that she thought looked yummy! We also went on a hay ride at the strawberry patch which Macie loved!!! We had a great weekend
